Why we created Blackpoint
Working with real estate in Bali, we encountered a typical problem: investors find it difficult to objectively assess the project, the developer, legal conditions, and real risks. Therefore, we assembled a team with experience in the market, a deep understanding of the specifics of Bali, and established a process in which decisions are made based on data.
We evaluate projects based on 20+ criteria, including legal purity, land status, documentation, location, construction stage, financial model, and operational parameters.
During our time in operation, we have accompanied more than 100 transactions in the investment real estate segment in Bali. A significant portion of clients comes from referrals, and about 75% return with repeat requests - for us, this is the main indicator of work quality and trust in our approach.
